There are two choices available to you. One is to schedule a live video session with one of our healthcare practitioners or to utilize video recording for remote consultation.
Video consultations allow our healthcare providers to listen, examine, and interact with patients to accurately diagnose the issue and develop an appropriate treatment plan. This is a real-time consultation where you can communicate with your doctor for approximately 15 minutes.
Alternatively, you can record a 2-minute video and submit it to our medical practitioner for evaluation. Upon examining your medical condition, a prescription will be sent to a pharmacy near you.
